We follow a No Return – Only Exchange policy under the terms and conditions listed below.

Terms & Conditions

Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Mandatory 360° Video Verification
Before initiating an exchange, a 360° video of the product must be shared with us via:
